The principal, Tom Shirkey, has a 18-year track record of success in corporate marketing, ad agency, and consulting roles. Prior to starting Loyalty Advantage, Tom worked for Hallmark Loyalty Marketing Group – a relationship marketing agency – developing profitable programs for clients such as Nestle, Wells Fargo, State Farm, Sprint, and Marriott. Tom also has extensive corporate marketing experience with Hallmark Cards, Inc. and Video Professor. Areas of expertise include loyalty marketing, business planning, data analytics/CRM, and customer communications. Tom is active on the conference speaking circuit and has been published in numerous trade journals. He earned his Master’s degree from Cornell University and his undergraduate degree at Bowling Green State University.
Tom’s main areas of focus are strategy development and program design. He also has a network of partners who provide creative, data, and online marketing solutions.
